How does Delfingen innovate with its intrapreneurship program; the innovation garage built for its employees?
In 2017, Delfingen launched the openlab, a place dedicated to innovation and acquired the Yumana intrapreneurship software solution.
The digital platform is now their internal collaboration tool. They share ideas, search for skills to deliver projects and generate internal startups. In total, 25 innovative projects have been created thanks to the activation of a community of nearly 1,200 employees.
Today, the program is evolving to address sustainability challenges and continues to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in its teams.
As part of the development of DELFINGEN's intrapreneurship program, we were looking for a solution that would help us run the program, in addition to the launch of our openlab and external partnerships.
